Order Canceling:

To make sure you receive your items as soon as possible, we start
processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means once your order has been placed you will be unable to cancel it.

Orders Delayed:

Please allow an additional two business days for delivery and be sure to use your tracking code. If your package hasn't arrived by then, don’t hesitate to contact us with your order number.

Have you received your package successfully, but it was damaged or the wrong items were delivered? Kindly contact us with your order number, take pictures of the issue, and provide a concise description of what's wrong.
